Accounts Payable Clerk
Do you have high-volume Accounts Payable experience?

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our financial team.

As a team player, the role will involve managing the workflow of invoices in our automated system. This will include managing our regular payment runs, handling supplier reconciliations and any queries our suppliers may have.

You'll need to be part detective too. You'll be investigating and resolving exception emails from our National Verification Team and following up on invoices rejected by our Invoice Approvers, including seeking escalation assistance from the Financial Controller or Management Accountant.

For this job, you will need intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, great attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
