ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT – AUTOMOTIVE INDUSRTY

Auto Sales Australia is launching its new state-of-the-art retail and wholesale showroom in July 2025 and we are seeking a full time administration assistant to join our fun and hard working team. Based in Knoxfield, you will be working with our Wholesale team supporting the Financial Controller/Office Manager ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administration duties in our office.

You will handle daily banking, general administration duties including but not restricted to entering stock into our Eclipse computer program, invoicing and maintaining sales documentation, working with the wholesale team and other ad hoc administration duties to support the Financial Controller.

With your own office, you will need to have the ability to work efficiently and confidently alone as well as part of a small administration team. You will need strong communication skills, be a multitasker with a great work ethic and bubbly personality. An understanding of wholesale business would be an advantage and previous experience in administration is essential with any history in retail or wholesale administration in the automotive industry highly regarded, but not necessary. Hours can be flexible but the ability to cover full time for staff holidays is essential.
