About the Company

ECHO Marine Group Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Aluminium Fabricators to join our team in Henderson, WA. This is a full-time position that will see you play a key role in the production and fabrication of aluminium components for our marine vessels. Working in a modern, well-equipped workshop, you will be responsible for the end-to-end fabrication process, from interpreting technical drawings to delivering high-quality finished products.

What you'll be doing

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings to fabricate aluminium components to specifications

• Operating a range of fabrication equipment such as welding machines, cutting tools, and bending machines

• Carrying out quality checks throughout the fabrication process to ensure products meet required standards

• Collaborating with the wider production team to meet project deadlines and production targets

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an aluminium fabricator, with a strong understanding of aluminium welding techniques

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Proficient in the use of fabrication equipment such as MIG welders, angle grinders, and hydraulic press brakes

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in aluminium fabrication or welding
