As our Baker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality artisanal breads and pastries to delight our customers. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to showcase your baking expertise and contribute to the growth of our beloved bakery.

What you'll be doing

Crafting a variety of sourdough breads, pastries, and other baked goods using traditional methods and premium ingredients
Ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all baked items
Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient work environment in the bakery
Collaborating with the team to develop new and innovative baked product offerings
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
Providing excellent customer service and sharing your baking knowledge with customers

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience as a professional Baker or Pastry Chef
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and ingredient handling
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
