6HEAD is an esteemed premium dining restaurant renowned for its culinary excellence, elegant ambiance and exceptional service located in Elizabeth Quay, Perth.

We are looking for experienced and passionate Pastry Cook who is committed to exceeding our customers' expectations whilst leading a professional and hardworking team.

To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:

• 2 + years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high volume environment

• Prepare all dishes to 6 Head standards and recipes

• A relevant Qualification OR at least 3 years of relevant employment experience

• Strong understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service

• Effective communication skills to maintain a secure and friendly working environment

• Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards

• Ensure compliance with all OHS legislation (act and regulation)

• Ability to work over a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, nights and public holidays on a full time contract
