Task & responsibilities

Support and advise Penske workshop and dealer network staff in MAN service matters including during repairs and trouble shooting
Advise staff how to use MAN service documentation and IT information platform
Help and support Penske staff to develop and follow workshop routines e.g. warranty process, Service Desk, necessary forms for warranty application
Provide technical support and interface with technical support team of MAN Truck & Bus in Germany
Monitor workshop staff and advise on potential improvements
Carry out special investigations and modifications in cooperation with MAN
Attend to Service Desk cases of assigned importers

Qualification & experience

Graduate engineering degree, trade qualification or similar
Extensive MAN brand and product knowledge
Sound knowledge and expertise of MAN technology with experience in MAN workshop is preferable
Detailed knowledge of MAN products, repair and maintenance IT system MAN cats
Detailed knowledge of electronics and MAN Powertrain
Strong customer focus and orientation
Well-developed training skills
Competent and experienced user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability and willingness to travel extensively in APAC region
