Role: Casual Skin Therapist

Location: Norwood Parade 5067

Work Schedule

This is a casual position for approximately 2 days per week, with the potential for additional hours as needed.

You'll be required to work:

• Every Second Saturday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm

• Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays: 9:30 am – 2:30 pm

• One late night per month (Thursday): 2:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Flexibility for occasional extra hours or cover is highly regarded but not essential.

About the Role:

As a skin therapist at our clinic, you'll be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of services, including medical facials, skin tightening, pigmentation removal, micro-needling treatments. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in administering our essential customised skin facial programs.

You understand the importance of adhering to high standards, following protocols, and collaborating effectively as part of our team. Your expertise extends to upselling, ensuring that every client interaction enhances their experience. You treat your column like your own business, achieving high client retention rates and providing expert aftercare that leads to rebookings. Your track record in retail sales is exceptional, and your organizational skills and housekeeping standards are second to none. You're someone who thrives on challenges and brings an upbeat, bubbly personality to work.

Requirements:

• Beauty Therapy experience and qualifications

• Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or equivalent recognised qualification

• Minimum of 3 years' Beauty Therapy experience

• Understanding of facial massage and relaxation techniques

• A deep PASSION for advanced skin treatments, skin tightening, and pigmentation control

• Exceptional customer care and service skills

• Outstanding retail skills and a natural confidence when interacting with clients

• Excellent organisation, presentation, and housekeeping abilities

• The capacity to work independently and proactively

• An outgoing, enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable demeanour

• Self-motivation and a "can do" attitude

• Excellent punctuality and a strong attendance record

• Proficiency in the English language
