Task & responsibilities
What the role entails:
-General servicing and maintenance of vehicles of every make and model on the road.
-Planning each job for maximum efficiency
-Repairing and maintaining in line with manufacturer requirements
-Identifying and repairing technical issues
-Identifying and recommending additional work as required
-Ordering parts (where necessary) from our supply chain; and
-Complete necessary paperwork including job cards and safety inspection sheets
-Keep up to date with new technologies and tooling through our extensive network of suppliers and training organisations
-Completing quality and timely work to meet customer needs as per Repair Order instructions
Qualification & experience
What you need to be successful:
-Valid Australian Work Rights
-Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent, or relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years related experience
-Valid Australian Manual Driver Licence (or equivalent)
-Display an exceptional quality of workmanship, reliability and efficiency
-Great attention to detail
-Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
-A positive “can do” attitude
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Ability to listen carefully and follow direction
