Wet-seal’s Hobart Franchisee is seeking an active leaner with a positive team working attitude to fill an Applicator role.

Wet-seal specific product application specific training will be provided to the successful applicant & the successful applicant will work alongside one of our existing applicators during the training period & until they are competent with the Wet-seal system product application requirements.

Immediate start will be required for the successful applicant as we have a very busy job schedule.

In this busy role, you will be responsible for:

• Application of the Wet-seal waterproofing systems to Wet-seal’s specific application requirements in internal & external wet areas of buildings.

• Ensuring you arrive at a job site at each job’s specified time.

• Driving to & from job sites.

• Communicating with the management team when each job has been completed.

• Supplying the required job completion details to the management team

• Communicating & working with other trades whilst on each job site & at any other relevant times.

• Working the hours required to complete the scheduled jobs.

An ideal candidate will possess:

• A passion for people, customer service & delivering exceptional customer service.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Building industry experience required.

• Waterproofing or tiling experience preferred.

• Industry white card.

• Able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.

• Ability to work precisely with attention to detail.

• Follow written procedures including quality and safety procedures.

• Good time management skills to assist with keeping to a tight schedule when job timelines must be met.

• Neat & tidy personal presentation.
