We have just opened new barber shop & looking for someone who is passionate, reliable, confident and experienced in all areas of barbering with a minimum of 2-3 years experience, traditional hot shave, beard trim, skin fade, kids, scissors cut..

·         Consult with clients to determine desired hairstyles, assess hair condition, and recommend suitable options. ·         Cut, trim, and shape hair using scissors, razors, clippers and other hairdressing tools. ·         Style and finish hair using blow-drying, straightening, curling and other techniques. ·         Provide hair extensions or specialised styling services when required. ·         Apply permanent, semi-permanent, and temporary colour treatments. ·         Perform bleaching, foiling, toning, balayage and other advanced colouring techniques. ·         Carry out chemical treatments such as perming, relaxing, straightening, smoothing, and keratin treatments. ·         Mix and apply chemical solutions safely in accordance with salon procedures. ·         Conduct pre-service consultations to assess client needs and hair/scalp conditions. ·         Recommend appropriate haircare routines, product use and aftercare treatments. ·         Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality customer service. ·         Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools and equipment according to hygiene and safety standards. ·         Ensure compliance with workplace WHS and sanitation policies. ·         Maintain records of client services and colour formulas. ·         Assist with stock control and replenishment of products as required. ·         Participate in team meetings, training sessions and salon promotional activities.
