We are seeking for a Quality Assurance Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining systems and processes to ensure that products and services consistently meet established standards and customer expectations. This role oversees quality control procedures, leads audits, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.

Task & responsibilities

  • Overseeing and contributing to audits and system assessments to help teams recognise areas for workflow and process enhancement.

Qualification & experience

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
