The Position;

We seek a highly motivated, customer centric Internal Sales / Customer Service Representative for the Head Office Archerfield based branch. This is your exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and collaborative team where you will make a direct impact on the business and customers. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader & Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service for key customer sectors including Automotive Dealers, Commercial Vehicle Dealers & Industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities;

• Efficiently manage inbound sales enquiries (B2B & B2C)

• Provide accurate product advice appropriate to end user requirements

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and in-person

• Generate quotes & process customer orders

• Assist warehouse team with inventory management activities

• Assist with product preparation (extensive training provided)

• Promotion of monthly sales promotions

• Adhoc projects as required

We seek a driven, passionate, results-oriented individual with a strong and proven success in B2B customer service and internal sales. Your ideal profile includes:

• A confident demeanor with professional presentation and personal style supported by excellent communication skills. Daily, you will liaise with a broad range of people including customers, senior management, sales teams, suppliers and other internal departments.

• A high level of resilience, self-motivation, and a hands-on approach.

• A strong attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills.

• An eagerness to learn, adapt for success and possess a strong work ethic resulting in highly rewarding career growth.

• A passion for helping customers achieve long-term and sustainable commercial success.

Qualifications;

• Preferably demonstrated experience in B2B customer service and / or internal or external sales of consumable, industrial or automotive products.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and CRM packages.

Training & Development;

You’ll receive comprehensive induction and technical product training, with opportunities to further enhance your skills and career growth. After a qualifying period, you will actively participate in ongoing professional development and industry-leading sales training (Dale Carnegie)
