About the role

We are seeking an experienced Landscaper to join our dynamic team at Elevated Landscaping. As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for interpereting plans/designs, installation, and maintenance of high-quality outdoor spaces, contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of our clients' properties. This is a full-time position based Melbourne inner, South east and Bayside suburbs.

Key responsibilities

• Interpretation of landscape plans, setting out & establish land levels for excavation and  landscape installation purposes.

• Setting out and installation of various types of paving

• Edging, planting, mulching, laying turf and all aspects of soft landscaping

•   Construction of timber & steel frame structures, pergolas & decks.

• Establishing levels and the Construction of various types of fences & retaining walls.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition to ensure efficient and safe operations

• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and to the highest quality

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Landscaper or in a similar role, Certificate 3 in landscape construction preferred but not essential.

• Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and construction techniques

• Proficient in the use of power tools and various landscaping tools and equipment

• Experience in the operation of Mini diggers/excavators favoured but not essential

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address unexpected challenges

• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
