THE ROLE

Joining our team as a Registered Plant Inspector offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in plant inspections and compliance. With support from the Engineering Department, you'll ensure equipment safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance across various sites.

Duties include but not limited to;

• Knowledge of Registerable Plant Inspections and Management.
• Assistance with current team and client portfolio.
• Development and improvements with company technical reports and templates.
• Course work and presentations of in-house systems and courses.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Project Management of project budgets, quotations and time frames.
• Knowledge of relevant Australian Standard and understanding customer specifications.
• Review of manufacturer's data reports and vendor documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to graduates.
• Conduct site inspections as required. 
• General day to day operations; and other relevant duties that arise from time to time

THE PERSON

• Minimum 7 years of previous experience working within a similar organisation or environment.
• Knowledge of inspections for mobile equipment and fixed plants desirable. 
• Experience conducting Non-Destructive Testing on fixed or mobile plant in either heavy industrial, oil & gas or mining environments is desirable.
• Certified or relevant experience in inspections and testing of Pressure Vessels to API510 requirements or similar. 
• Proven time management and project coordination skills.
• High level of attention to detail and documentation writing.
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Willingness to travel to site.
• Strong communication skills.
