About the Role
Join the dynamic and customer-focused team at True Blue Cars as a Salesperson. This is a full-time position based in Welshpool, WA, with a 6-month probation period. You’ll be a key player in helping customers find the right vehicle while driving sales growth. This role is ideal for someone with at least some prior sales experience, a strong interest in the automotive industry, and a proactive, customer-first approach. The role is open for 2-3 candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives

• Negotiate and close sales professionally and transparently

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Proactively follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet individual and team goals

What We're Looking For

• At least some sales experience (automotive preferred but not essential)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident negotiating and problem-solving abilities

• Need computer literacy and comfort using sales/customer management systems

• Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen Preferred

• Driver’s License Required

• Passion for cars and delivering outstanding customer service

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
