About the role

Are you a talented and experienced hairdresser looking for an exciting new challenge? Blossom Hair Body face and Wig Boutique is seeking a Senior Hairdresser to join our growing team in Windsor, NSW. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment. As a Senior Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our clients, while also mentoring and developing our junior stylists. Could potentially look at Part-time for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

• Providing high-quality haircuts, colouring, and styling services to clients

• Advising clients on the latest hair trends and techniques

• Developing and executing customised hair care plans for each client

• Mentoring and training junior stylists to help them develop their skills

• Maintaining a clean and organised work station

• Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience as a senior hairdresser, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service

• Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling hair

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues

• A keen eye for detail and a creative flair for hair design

• A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development

• A positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
