About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Benalla Toyota in Benalla, VIC. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating the servicing and repair of vehicles. What you'll be doing

• Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service and repair needs

• Scheduling and coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs with the workshop team

• Providing customers with accurate cost estimates and timelines for work

• Ensuring customer vehicles are serviced or repaired to the highest standards

• Maintaining detailed records of all work carried out

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

• Promoting the company's products and services to increase customer loyalty and generate new business

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry

• Strong understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers

• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills to ensure efficient workflow

• Proficient in using automotive management software and computer systems

• A positive, friendly and professional attitude
